I’m so happy your here! I’m Milidi, I lead weekly group yoga classes in a studio setting as well as corporate businesses and I hold private sessions for students. I enjoy making yoga accessible.

I love to combine creative movements, corrective exercises, and a spirit of curiosity and playfulness. Whether you are working with me privately, or in one of my classes, we will move forward in the practice to find ease in the body, and cultivate stillness of mind.
